What if my product is damaged?

If your item(s) arrive with any visible signs of damage, including damage to the packaging, please make a note of it when signing for the delivery. If you suspect damage but cannot inspect the package at that time, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. Should you receive a damaged product, email photos to support@toptiermachines.com, and we’ll promptly process a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
