1. Return Time Frame

  • You may return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.

2. Shipping Costs

  • If the item you received is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. However, if you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fees.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If your product is damaged or not functioning properly, please notify us within 30 days. We’ll guide you through the return process at no additional cost. Once we receive and verify the issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including the initial shipping charges.

4. Change of Mind Returns

  • If you decide to return an item for any reason other than a defect, you have 30 days to send it back. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we’ll issue a refund for the product price, excluding shipping fees.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we’ll notify you via email. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
